Pico Great Streets Collaborative - Coloring Book Plaza - Liberty was invited to be a part of a community project to beautify an unsightly corner and make it into a gathering place for neighbors. Two pieces were made - 1 to cover an electrical box and 1 to wrap a telephone pole in the area.
