We are so excited to share that Debra Weiss of @specksandkeepings will be teaching a 2 session slow stitching class at Stitch Salon this month. (Sewing by hand)

DESCRIPTION:
Improvisational collage and stitch in 2 parts
Class will be 2 sessions 3 hours each. Class 1 - hand stitch a collage piece from fabric scraps.
Then we will stitch it to create a new base layer.
Since this is slow stitching, projects are taken home to work on for 2 weeks.

Class 2 - Embellishment- We come back together and will observe our new canvas and embellish it in response to what we see. This will include embroidery, needle weaving and appliqué. 

Total cost for both 3 hour classes:
$180
